Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC credential, with active licensure for the state
- Prior experience delivering speech/language services in a school setting, specifically at the elementary (K-5) level preferred
- Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and commitment to fostering student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Document and track student progress, maintaining thorough and timely records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support in both individual and group settings
