Speech Language Pathologist in Ogilvie, MN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state license to practice as an SLP
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP procedures and school-based documentation requirements
- Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each child’s unique goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultation and recommendations to classroom teams
- Maintain accurate session notes and compliance with all applicable guidelines
