Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Dover, Delaware
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to work with a middle school caseload in Dover, DE. This contract position will begin around March 30, 2026, and continue through the end of the school year on June 16, 2026. Summer work is also available from July 7, 2026, to August 6, 2026, working three days per week for 4-5 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to middle school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certification and experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working within school settings, preferably with pediatric populations.
- Eligible or completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for newer clinicians.
- Familiarity with school-based speech-language programs and healthcare-related therapy practices.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a school-based environment.
Location: Dover, Delaware – Middle School setting.
