Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience working with early childhood, elementary, or secondary school-aged children
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing speech and language interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for students in Pre-K, K-5, grades 6-8, and grades 9-12
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Consult and communicate progress with teachers, parents, and staff
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with school and state standards
- Stay informed of best practices and participate in professional development
