Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oakland, CA

We're seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist eager to work either full or part time for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year with a friendly caseload of around 50 students. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students’ speech and language needs
- Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy—both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with required records and IEPs
- Participate in school meetings and contribute your expertise to educational planning
