Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Hayward, CA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Hayward, CA, within a school setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide both direct and indirect therapy services to students, supporting their communication and speech development throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Provide indirect therapy support, including consultation and collaboration with educators and families
- Assess and monitor speech, language, and communication progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Experience in pediatric SLP services, particularly in school settings
- Background in delivering teletherapy is beneficial
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience working alongside Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) in schools or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and collaborative skills

- Contract beginning ASAP and concluding at the end of the current school year
