Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Novato, CA

Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year, spanning August 12th through June. These assignments offer the chance to work across multiple campuses, collaborating with dedicated educators and making a lasting difference in students’ lives.
What You’ll Need:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP)
- PPS Credential required
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP practice, including SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and pediatric populations
- Prior experience with IEPs, assessments, and collaborative therapy preferred
- Open to serving a diverse population, including students in general education, RSP, and specialized SDC classes
- Ability to adapt to various educational environments and work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Passion for fostering communication and learning in children TK through middle school
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite individual and group therapy to assigned caseloads
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments, contributing to IEP development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Serve a variety of settings, from extensive support needs to general education classrooms
- Support students' communication needs using evidence-based practices
