Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Conway, AR
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Conway, AR, working with early childhood students across multiple campuses. This contract role offers an opportunity to support young learners with speech and language development in a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 36-40 students spread across 3-4 campuses, focusing on early childhood intervention.
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans to meet students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
- Participate in meetings and case conferences as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; candidates who are in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered.
- Experience working in a school setting with early childhood populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple campuses efficiently.

- Conway, Arkansas, onsite only.
Hours:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week.
