Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state license or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Nevada
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with school and legal guidelines
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and caregivers regarding student progress
- Participate in school-based meetings, professional development, and advocacy for student needs
