Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
- Active New York State SLP license and NY Education Certification
- Satisfy any additional district or state requirements
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language therapy to a caseload of up to 40 sessions per week (30 minutes each session)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state/district guidelines
- Utilize a variety of therapy approaches tailored to student needs
