Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for students in grades K-12
What You'll Do:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each student’s IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and compliance records
- Offer support and consultation to classroom staff for integrating communication strategies
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and training sessions as required
