A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with credentials such as SLP and SLP-CCC, to support an elementary school setting in Pennsylvania. The position is structured as a contract for the current school year (CSY) and offers flexibility with part-time or full-time schedules.

Location and Schedule:

  • Position based in Broomall, PA, serving the Delaware County area.
  • Hours typically 35 per week; part-time candidates available for at least 2 days per week are encouraged to apply.
  • Typical hours for full-time SLPs are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language intervention to students in the elementary school and early intervention programs.
  • Manage caseloads effectively with collaboration among three SLPs in the Early Intervention program.
  • Deliver services across various zones including Upper Darby, Yeadon, Broomall, Lansdowne, and Aston, with flexibility in assignment areas.
  • Create individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each student.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification preferred.
  • Experience in school settings, specifically with children in elementary grades and early intervention programs.
  • Willingness to adapt to different geographic zones to meet student needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
