Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fully remote team providing services to K–12 students throughout Virginia. This virtual position allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy that supports students’ academic achievement, communication skills, and social development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs

Provide engaging, research-based teletherapy services through secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and compliance records
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
-
Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred; teletherapy experience is a plus
