Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving K-12 students in a dedicated educational environment. In this school-based contract position, you’ll collaborate closely with students, faculty, and families to deliver high-quality speech and language services across a diverse caseload. This assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through June 3, 2027, and is offered for in-person service only.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid SLP licensure (required; proof must be provided upon application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and adjust to a flexible caseload that spans K-12 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, draft reports, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and family members to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as per district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to eligibility determination and intervention planning
