Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Staten Island, New York

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York, or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations
- Familiarity or interest in teletherapy modalities for remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork and fostering inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports according to school and professional standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and best practice sharing within the school community
- Flexibly adapt to a combination of in-person and teletherapy service delivery, as needed
