What You’ll Do
- Assess and develop individualized therapy plans for a caseload of approximately 35 elementary-aged students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal student accommodations
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers
Desired Background
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- Previous experience with K-12 students preferred
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
