Positions Available: 4 Onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
Schedule: Up to 35 Hours per Week (Full-Time & Part-Time Options Available)

Elementary SLP (Full-Time)
Caseload: ~45 students
Focus: Autistic Support Classrooms
Duties: Direct services only (no case management)
Specialty: Heavy use of AAC devices and communication supports
Middle School SLP (Grades 4–8 | Full-Time)
Student Programs: Regular Education, Learning Support, Life Skills, Autistic Support
Responsibilities: Balanced mix of case management + direct therapy
Caseload: Varied, diverse needs and service delivery
Complex Needs SLP (One Building | Full-Time)
Caseload: ~45 students
Focus: Students with significant communication needs
Specialty: Extensive AAC implementation
Perks: Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with OT, PT, vision, and hearing specialists
Duties: Therapy only (no case management)
Secondary SLP (High School | Full-Time or Part-Time)
Caseload:
Full-Time: ~55 students
Part-Time: ~30 students
Focus Areas: Transition planning, functional communication, real-world skill building
Ideal For: SLPs passionate about preparing students for life after graduation
Required Credentials
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
Valid PA Teaching Certification (required)
Experience with AAC strongly preferred for select roles
