Multiple onsite positions are available, working with students from Early Intervention through K-12 in a collaborative and dynamic setting. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise across diverse caseloads and settings, while gaining invaluable professional experience.

Available Roles:

  • K-12 SLP Providers: Two onsite opportunities (35 hours/week, M-F, 8:00-3:30) serve approximately 50-55 students across two elementary buildings, addressing both regular education and Autistic support needs. You will manage some casework and work the academic calendar from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027.
  • Early Intervention SLP: Provide direct services to preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) with special education needs in New Oxford/Gettysburg. This year-round position offers a steady schedule (35 hours weekly, 8:00-3:30 M-F), frequent breaks, and designated paperwork time.
  • Elementary SLP or SLPA: For the 2026/2027 school year, work 35 hours/week with young learners in York County, hours approximately 8:00-3:30. (SLPAs are not accepted for these specific assignments.)

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certificate required with resume submission
  • SLP-CCC strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows considered (with agency provision for supervision fee)
  • School-based SLP experience or familiarity with Early Intervention populations is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to assigned students
  • Conduct assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
  • Manage case documentation and reports in line with state and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families for student success
