School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - New Orleans, Louisiana

Step into a vital role supporting students’ communication and language development for the upcoming school year in the New Orleans area. Work onsite during regular school hours from August 7, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and become an integral part of a dedicated educational team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required
- Active or eligible state licensure in Louisiana is essential
- Preference for candidates holding ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school environments and comfort with varied student populations is beneficial
- Ability to satisfy district-specific credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain documentation and prepare progress reports according to school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
- Travel may be necessary between more than one campus; specific school assignments and caseload details will be finalized prior to onboarding
