Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Deliver evidence-based therapy targeting speech sound disorders, language impairments, and communication challenges within a school environment.
- Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and comply with all regulatory standards.
- Contribute to team meetings and help promote inclusive education practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or equivalent state licensure.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, ideally working with diverse student populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability and willingness to provide on-site services as preferred for this role.
