What You’ll Bring:
- Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist license and CDE credential
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in school environments preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students per IEP requirements
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participating in eligibility, IEP, and progress meetings
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and required documentation
- Applying evidence-based practices to maximize student outcomes
- Advocating for students’ needs within the school community
