Pediatric Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in New Britain, CT

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with pediatric clients, ideally in schools
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to children with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student needs
- Document sessions and maintain accurate, timely records
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s success
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
