Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | New Boston, Michigan

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid MI SLP license; ASHA certification strongly preferred
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus, though strong new graduates and clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable working across a spectrum of ages and communication challenges
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and social communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and intervention—both direct and consultative services
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and interventions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students at all skill levels
