Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Deliver direct therapy services in alignment with IEP goals and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other special education professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Utilize creative strategies and evidence-based approaches to maximize student engagement and success
