Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech-language therapy to high school and charter school students.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEP goals.
- Conducting assessments, maintaining records, and monitoring progress.
- Participating in IEP meetings and offering consultative support to staff and families as needed.
- Adapting to a flexible caseload, providing creative solutions to diverse communication needs.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Current state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY accepted) or SLPA.
- Experience in schools, especially at the high school level, is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Comfortable using virtual tools as the interview will be conducted online.
- Must meet school-specific onboarding requirements, including background checks.
