Middle School School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Naples, Florida

With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week, you’ll have the chance to work alongside dedicated educators, providing high-quality speech and language services in a collaborative environment.
Applicants should bring strong clinical skills, enthusiasm for working with young adolescents, and a commitment to student growth and success. Compensation for this role starts at $39 per hour and varies based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid Florida teaching certification and/or active Florida DOH SLP license (required)
- Eligibility to clear fingerprinting and obtain a JLA Badge (badges can be transferred from other districts in Florida)
- Previous experience supporting middle school students is highly desirable
- Solid communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech and language delays or disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and team planning
