- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or readiness to support a cross-categorical caseload
- Skilled in delivering services to K-8 students with a range of communication and language needs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a K-8 population across a cross-categorical caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs
- Document and monitor progress toward IEP goals
- Engage with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
