Speech and Language Pathologist - Esparto, CA
A K-12 school in Esparto, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students from PreK through Kindergarten during the upcoming school year (August 20, 2026 – June 4, 2027). This full-time, onsite contract position involves working closely with an average caseload of 25-35 young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and therapy sessions tailored to early childhood students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support students’ communication development
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
Required Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially within a K-12 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educators
