What you'll need to succeed:
- Active SLP license (CCC preferred) and eligibility to practice in Indiana
- At least one year of previous experience in a school or special education environment (preferred)
- Ability and interest to work onsite (in person) at Grissom Elementary
- Skilled in supporting diverse K–12 caseloads (caseload approx. 83 students)
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a full-time school-based caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students' social and academic growth through individualized therapy
