Speech Language Pathologist in Mount Lemmon, AZ

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
- Experience working in a school-based environment, particularly with middle school students, preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and modify appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering student growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to a diverse middle school caseload of 59 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to optimize student outcomes
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs while ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services and progress
- Offer guidance and training for staff and families as needed
