Speech Pathology - Lawrenceville, IL
This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide support during a maternity leave assignment at an onsite school in Lawrenceville, IL. The assignment is scheduled from May 4th through May 27th, working three days per week with flexibility to choose any three days within the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate effectively with staff and families.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students across elementary and secondary grade levels.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting supporting students with speech-language disorders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
