A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, focusing on school-based services with travel across multiple locations in Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for SLPs with CCC certification and experience in educational settings, providing support to diverse student populations in early intervention and school-age programs.
Location: Morton, PA area with travel to Marple, Aston, Folcroft, and adjacent locations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in early intervention programs across multiple sites.
- Provide therapy and support to school-age children at the Marple Education Center.
- Support students in the Low Incidence Program, utilizing specialized strategies tailored to unique communication needs.
- Manage caseloads effectively and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and optimize student communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
- Experience working within school settings, with knowledge of educational speech therapy services.
- Ability to travel between multiple educational locations daily.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support students and collaborate with school staff.
- Valid state licensure for practicing as an SLP in Pennsylvania.
