Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and service needs
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings in partnership with staff, administrators, and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligning with each student’s IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided, assessments, and progress notes
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, district personnel, and parents to support students’ success
- Stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements in school-based speech therapy
