Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals.
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions targeting a full range of speech and language disorders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and related communications.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, educators, and other professionals to support coordinated, comprehensive care.
  • Actively engage and educate families, fostering their involvement throughout the therapy process.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation systems is an asset.
