ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Monument, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with both elementary and transition-aged students while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help students achieve their communication goals.

Job Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Monument, CO
- School Year: August 10, 2026 – May 14, 2027
- Full-Time
- 37.5–40 hours per week
- Schedule:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4 days per week)
- 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM (1 day per week)
- Onsite position
- Split between 2 school locations
- Caseload includes:
- Elementary (Preschool–6th Grade): 34 students, plus 2 consult-only students
- Transition Program (Ages 18–21): 10 students, plus 2 consult-only students
- Dedicated therapy space provided at the elementary school
- Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
- Pay rate: $40-45/ hour
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
