Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Monument, Colorado

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA certification (CF or CCC accepted)
- Colorado state licensure or eligibility required
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication and speech disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Offer direct and indirect services to students, including push-in and pull-out therapy models
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of the school’s multidisciplinary team
- Educate staff and parents on communication strategies to support student learning
