About the Position
We are actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Montrose, CO. This school-based role offers flexible scheduling with 20–40 hours per week, making it a great opportunity for both full-time and part-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
Maintain accurate documentation and write compliant reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
Participate in IEP meetings and track student progress
Support students with a wide range of speech and language needs


Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Colorado SLP License (or ability to obtain)
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation: Pay expectations: $40-$56 an hour depending on experience
