Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Monticello, MN
A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote, school-based therapy for students in Minnesota. This role focuses on supporting PreK-12th grade caseloads through virtual sessions, delivering quality assessments, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers and families to promote student success, monitoring progress toward goals, and adjusting therapy techniques as needed. The position offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules during the 24/25 school year, ideal for professionals experienced in teletherapy and school settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 2 years school-based experience
- Comfort with virtual platforms, including webcam and computer use
- Ability to pass technical screening and internet speed test
- Liability insurance with coverage of 500K/500K annually
Additional desired skills include experience working with pediatric populations and familiarity with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) practices. Knowledge of both direct and indirect therapy procedures is beneficial.
