Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing clinical and/or school-based pediatric SLP services
- Strong understanding of school procedures, IEP development, and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedication to creating supportive, inclusive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers and staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and regulatory standards
