What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
- Active SLP license for the state of Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CF) are also welcome
- Experience working in educational settings is a plus
- Commitment to working collaboratively with students, staff, and families
- Strong communication and organization skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Deliver therapy services both one-on-one and in small groups
- Keep detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and compliance activities as required
