Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active SLP License
- ND SLP Certification
- Previous experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
- Strong case management skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver vital speech-language services to students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide both direct and consultative services to meet student goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Case manage a diverse caseload, keeping thorough records and reports up to date
- Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and school administrators to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery
