Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy services aligning with students’ IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field.
- Wisconsin Department of Education Certification.
- Valid Wisconsin SLP License.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
