School Speech Language Pathologist - Milton, FL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Previous experience in early childhood, elementary, or K-12 school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
- Comfort managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulations
- Consult with educators and families to support generalization of skills in classroom settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations
- Serve two maternity leave roles consecutively within the school term
