Early Childhood Education (ECE) School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Seaford, Delaware

In this flexible, contract-based role, you’ll work full-time (35 hours weekly) or part-time, providing essential Speech-Language Pathology services that help students achieve their fullest potential. Both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcomed to apply.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Delaware state license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Previous experience with moderate to severe student populations is a plus.
- Background in school settings, early childhood, or working with early intervention students.
- Confident, effective communicator who flourishes as part of a collaborative educational team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a client-centered mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and document speech-language therapy for students K–12.
- Assess, select, and support the use of assistive technology, augmentative communication, and address needs in social language, articulation, voice, feeding, and language delays.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic and evaluative testing—sharing comprehensive, insightful student reports.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP objectives for assigned students.
- Maintain consistent communication with families and colleagues to foster student progress.
- Support students in early intervention and contribute actively to the development of services and strategies for each child’s unique needs.
