Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Holds or qualifies for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Possesses ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience a plus, but dedicated new grads encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to meet diverse needs, utilizing creative and engaging techniques
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families for collaborative care and support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Provide education and resources for school staff and caregivers
