Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome
- Experience working in a school environment is desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support teachers and staff with strategies to foster students’ communication skills in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to maximize student progress
