School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Middleburg, Florida

Embark on an impact-driven contract assignment supporting students’ communication growth in a vibrant school community near Middleburg, FL. We are seeking seven Speech Language Pathologists holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for on-site positions covering the 2026-2027 academic year. Candidates will be matched to a single assigned campus—ranging from elementary to high school sites—serving students across a variety of ages and needs, including mild to moderate and severe populations.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school settings with Pre K-12 preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Successful completion of fingerprint clearance per FL school district and AHCA standards
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site speech and language therapy services in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Administer assessments and maintain accurate, timely records
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary planning
- Adapt therapy techniques and materials to a diverse caseload
- Contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
This full-time contract starts August 10, 2026 and runs through May 28, 2027, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule totaling 35 hours per week. Caseloads are estimated at approximately 60 students, with exact distributions based on campus assignment. Assignment is strictly on-site—remote options are not available.
