What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Florida DOH SLP license (required)
- Experience supporting school-age children with mild to moderate needs; exposure to more complex populations a plus
- Ability to adapt and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to be assigned to one campus for the duration of the school year
- Completion of required fingerprinting and credentialing processes in accordance with state and district guidelines
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to students (estimated caseload of 60, subject to change)
- Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with teaching staff and families
- Maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions
- Delivering services in an inclusive, culturally responsive manner
