Key Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP license, or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in educational settings with children (K–8 preferred)
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable creating and adapting therapy plans for a range of ages and abilities
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 90 K–8 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough records adhering to all guidelines and reporting requirements
- Develop and participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
- Efficiently split your schedule between two adjacent school buildings, with autonomy to design your day
