Speech Language Pathologist in Mexico, ME

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold or be eligible for SLP licensure and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Passion for working in a school-based setting with K-12 students
- Ability to supervise SLPAs following district and state guidelines
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student progress and academic success
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to SLPAs as part of the school’s multidisciplinary team
- Keep thorough documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and regulatory standards
